Mailbox Forwarding offers a new, more convenient way to handle your mail. With our remote mailbox service, you can keep in contact with your paper mail from wherever you are.

How does it work?

1. We notify you by email when mail is received.
2. Depending on the scheduled mail out (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) your mail will be forwarded to you.
3. You can choose whether you want us to scan or send your mail
4. We will notify you once the mail is sent to you

Mailing & Courier Services

You can choose how to receive your mail by:

– standard post (no tracking information)
– Hong Kong registered post
– DHL (courier)

Scanning

You can have each new letter received in your mailbox scanned and emailed to you as a PDF file. You no longer have to wait on mailing time or have to pay expensive postage.

Choose the scanning option

Either to scan automatically or per case. Please, choose the most suitable option for you. Every letter received will be scanned and sent directly to your email address and uploaded to your account.

Regular Mail $ 25 USD

courier – DHL $ 95 USD

to scan a 1-10 page piece of mail $1 USD
to scan a 11-20 page piece of mail $2 USD
to scan a 21-30 page piece of mail $3 USD

Conditions: Please note, however, if you set up the company with Startupr, the Company Secretary’s address does not thereby become your company’s “business address”. Unless you have specifically engaged us to forward your company mail (other than government communications as noted), and proper paperwork is filed, the Startupr address may not be used as your business address.

Mail forwarding service starts at $ 380 USD per year, the minimal credit is $ 95 USD.

To clarify: For all mails sent to your company by Hong Kong government, scanning and emailing is free of charge. If you need any mail addressed with your company’s name, but sent to our address, constitutes unsupported use. For each piece of unsupported mail, we assess a $ 55 USD forwarding charge (postal fee, handling and bank charges $ 25,4 USD).
