  • Standard Post: Cost-effective delivery (no tracking information).
  • Hong Kong Registered Post: Secure delivery with official tracking.

Advanced Scanning Services

Choose your scanning preference:

  • Per-Case Scanning: Select only the specific items you need to see digitally. Every scanned document is sent directly to your email and securely archived in your account portal.
  • Automatic Scanning: All mail is scanned and uploaded automatically.

Fees (mail forwarding & scanning):

  • Mail Forwarding Service: $380 USD per year
  • Initial Minimal Credit: $115 USD
  • Regular Mail Handling: $25 USD
  • Courier (DHL): $115 USD
  • Scanning & E-mailing (Base Fee): from $1 USD

Tiered Scanning Rates:

  • 21 – 30 pages: $3 USD
  • 1 – 10 pages: $1 USD
  • 11 – 20 pages: $2 USD

Conditions: When setting up a company with Startupr, we provide a Company Secretary address; however, this does not automatically constitute your “Business Address.” Unless you have specifically engaged us for this Mail Forwarding plan and the required paperwork is filed, the Startupr address may not be used as your official business location.

Special Government Mail Policy: To support your compliance, all official mail from the Hong Kong Government is scanned and emailed to you free of charge.

Unsupported Use Policy: Any mail addressed to your company at our location without an active forwarding plan is considered “unsupported use.” To cover administrative and banking charges, a $115 USD forwarding fee (including a $28 USD handling/postal fee) will be assessed for each unsupported piece of mail.
